Civil Litigation

     The firm's six attorneys and four legal assistants provide litigation support to local, regional and national clientele for all phases of a civil case whatever the level of complexities from initial assignment, through trial and any appeals, wherever the case is pending in both state and federal forums.  Services include any needed pre-suit investigation, drafting of complaints or responsive pleadings, accident investigations, witness preparations, depositions of fact and all expert witnesses (with video if appropriate), all pre-trial motions, court hearings, discovery pleadings, coordination of any independent field adjusters or investigators, site inspections, retainer and development of compuslory medical examinations or other technical experts, case presentation at Mediation or Arbitration, pre-trial case evaluations, design and organization of exhibits or other demonstrative evidence, and all aspects of conducting a jury or bench trial.  The overriding focus is a well-prepared, thorough yet cost-conscious aggressive representation of every client on a personalized basis.

    Interim case reporting at each key phase of the action is a standard operating procedure along with litigation management budgeting in whatever format preferred by the client.  As in all other areas of our practice, our attorneys have considerable depth of experience in negotiation techniques to be utilized throughout the litigation process to maximize the client's position and strengths while minimizing the overall exposure and costs of the process should a compromise resolution be preferred or more advantageous than proceeding to a trial on the merits.

    Wherever possible and prudent for the conduct of the proceedings one attorney will handle all substantive matters in the case from beginning to end, however, all cases are closely managed without overlap or double billing by the Managing Member of the firm to assure the highest attention to detail and goals throughout the litigation.

    Use of outside vendors for records production, court reporter, stenographer/videotaping services or other support are handled at the lowest available cost, all key cost items preapproved by the client.

    All attorneys are available for any needed out of town travel, site inspections, court appearances or whatever else necessary to zealously represent our clientele with the highest degree of professionalism and ethical integrity.  Though small in size, our firm's attorneys have successfully litigated high profile civil matters wherever the needs of our clients arise.
