The law firm of Schwartz & Horwtiz, PLC was founded in 2001 and in six years has grown from a staff of five to over twenty, recently relocating to the newly constructed Berkeley Building and its top floor view of Boca Raton.  Schwartz & Horwitz is dedicated to providing cost-effective, results-oriented legal services to business clients, insurance companies and private citizens wherever their needs and legal problems arise.  Though relatively small in size, the Firm's attorneys have an extensive background in civil litigation throughout Florida. Several of its seasoned lawyers have conducted trials and other proceedings in numerous jurisdictions around the country as well.  Mr. Schwartz and the other attorneys within the Firm have handled over one hundred jury trials involving commercial disputes, insurance coverage, and many personal injury/wrongful death cases.  In addition to handling of proceedings at the trial level, we regularly appear in state and federal appellate courts as well as an extensive number of mediations and arbitrations.  We also handle appeals of cases tried by other lawyers and have been called upon to provide expert testimony in various kinds of cases such as insurance coverage litigation, maritime accidents and professional liability matters.

    Apart from litigation, we provide a wide array of commercial client services and business counseling to our clients including business formation counseling and corporate documents, partnerships, contractor agreements, employee confidentiality/trade secrets protective covenants, registered agent services and general corporate advisory assistance for many companies large and small.

    We provide our services to the public and our clientele without regard to race, gender or personal orientation, utilizing the latest technologies coupled with over one hundred (100) years of combined lawyer experience to do whatever a case requires, large or small.  Our legal fees are commensurate with the nature of the services provided and relative level of experience of the attorney handling the matter without ever sacrificing the necessary degree of skill and competence for the issues involved.
